WORST JOB EVER! : " EH SEMALAM I BELI DAPAT HARGA RMXX? KENAPA HARINI LAIN??"

ASSALAMUALAIKUM AND HELLO FAVOURITE PEOPLE OF BLOGGER!

Ya Allah I'm finally back after so many freaking hectic months of online class and my results went well yesterday walaupun website SMP asyik crash sebab server overload hahaha but then i managed to check on my result at 6 in the evening and Alhamdulillah I did great and even better than what i expected it to be! :>



Untuk content hari ni i just wanna share something and somewhat my own experience bekerja sekejap after my semester ended. YES! I did get a job in this one shop and only lasted there for 2 weeks(?)

"Kena pecat ke?"
"Attitude Marsya ke?"

Hehe, nope. I quitted.




Okay first let me spill you guys some tea about the so called marketing strategy kedai ni. I wont mention what kind of shop or store it is and dia jual apa ke,

TAK. I WONT EVER EXPOSE!

I'm sharing just untuk pengalaman and pengajaran je okie.

1. MARK UP HARGA : TIPU HARGA BANNER 

Dekat entrance kedai tu ada banner promosi package dengan harga RMXX. Dalam package tu kita akan dapat the best product tau! But, katakanlah sales dalam sehari tak memberangsangkan macam tak ada orang langsung datang kedai tu, staf sana punya tactic macam ni

Dia ajar and suruh cakap "Oh, Package ni akan dapat benda yang sama but with lower quality. Kalau nak the best quality, kena add up RMXX." Dan katakanlah customer tak nak langsung tambah RMXX untuk dapat package terbaik tu, dia memang akan bagi standard quality punya product, bukan best quality. -,- padahal banner terang terang tulis harga RMXX nett dapat full package best quality punya product!! >:(

Alasan dia: 
-> Customer bukan faham pun info dekat banner tu
-> Nak tambahkan sales harian
-> Untuk kebaikan staf juga dapat commission tinggi 

Kesalahan dia dekat sini from pandangan saya
->Menipu customer berkaitan harga dan kualiti yang ditawarkan
-> Tak jujur dan tak sampaikan info sebenar berkaitan produk kepada pengguna
->Mengejar keuntungan disebalik penipuan

Staf situ siap cakap "Oh, kita bukan nak menipu customer tapi tulah..." like WTH??? MENIPULAH TU??????

Okay lagi satu senario jadi berkaitan manipulate harga ni...

2. CUSTOMER DAPAT HARGA SEMALAM LAIN, HARI NI LAIN?

Ada this one sorrowful day customer takde langsung and I tried to use the 'technique' they told me to do lah kan. And guess what?!

Customer tu dah datang hari sebelumnya and she bought the same thing with price yang betul, and masa i serve her with her mom, i told her need to add RMXX baru dapat best quality bla bla bs tu kan... lepas tu anak dia yang datang semalam tu cakap

" EH SEMALAM I BELI DAPAT HARGA RMXX? KENAPA HARINI LAIN??" 

THAT PISSED THE SHT OUT OF ME BRUH IM SO PISSED.

Sumpahlah bahaya manipulate harga ni weh jangan buat main. Lepas tu nasib ada orang staf yang kunun 'bijak' ni control sikit sebab dia datang a day before and I time tu off day so tak tau apa huwaaa rasa nak maki je marah betul TT-TT

Main reason I quitted the job is because huru hara, manipulate harga and gaji tak berkat. yes. TAK BERKAT REZEKI AKU FIKIR TU JE WEH HAA Menipu pengguna.. astaghfirullah.

Haih, itu jelah sis nak luah harini huhu. Semoga ambil iktibar and elok sikit kalau pergi kedai mana mana yang ada customer service ni huhu. Jangan senang terpedaya, dan jadilah pengguna yang bijak ye!

  1. scarynya tapi memang pun ada mcm ni , when i saw takde tanda harga i wont beli barang tu . sebab pernah kena macam ni lah tulis lain kat kaunter bayar lain harap takde lagi kedai macam ni . bagus pun awak stop sebab nanti org salahkan pekerja bukan majikan pun yang kena dgn customer

    1. KANNN takut kan ya Allah. kita pulak yang kena nanti kata tak kerja betul betul bagai. padahal majikan yg ajar gitu. nasib waras lagi boleh fikir mana betul mana tidak :/

  2. good job quitting this job. buat apa penat2 kerja last2 gaji tak berkat kan? semoga owner kedai tu diberi kesedaran..

    1. Banyak je kedai macam ni tapi pandang remeh je haih tak patut betul fikirkan nilai gaji je. kerberkatan tu tak fikir :/
